Two new townhouses, one with basement car parking, on a corner site in Black Rock in Bayside Melbourne. The site is 50m from the coastal road and overlooks the SE extent of Port Phillip Bay. Significant to the design was the retention of street front indigenous landscaping. Each house has large living areas with 3 bedrooms.
