ELIZABETH BAY APARTMENTS, NSW

Murrawan Court at 2 Elizabath Bay Crescent was built in 1961 and is positioned in a prized Sydney Harbour-side location behind Elizabeth Bay Road in a quiet cul-de-sac. It was built in 1960-61 and designed by architect and Czech immigrant, Alexander Kann (1922-2004) according to the City of Sydney Council archives. We were tasked with refurbishing the entire building, including the rooftop, stairwells and the interior and exterior entrance spaces whilst ensuring the original modernist design was respected and retained.
