This new build in Sandringham is a four bedroom contemporary family home with pool, built in a street that includes several Californian Bungalow-style homes.

The street facing exterior purposely picks up on the scale, proportions and materials of these charming neighbouring homes, such as the gable roof at the front, the setback at the entry, the way the home sits wide on the site with an emphasis on the horizontal and the extensive use of timber boards as part of the building’s structure. 

Our aim is to work in harmony with the existing streetscape whilst creating contemporary homes built for today's expectations of living - delivering a street presence that is sleek, fresh and signature.
